Hi, I’m Coach Lisa. I help women who struggle with emotional eating finally stop the cycle — not by dieting harder, but by discovering the real reason food feels like a crutch.

From Fitness Trainer to Food Fixation

When I started my career as a Personal Fitness Trainer back in 1992, I was full of passion and determined to help people eat well and stay healthy. But behind the scenes, I was silently suffering.

I battled:

  • Severe body dysmorphia, exercise bulimia, & atypical anorexia

  • Anxiety and unexplained health issues

  • Constant guilt, shame, and overwhelm

  • A painful cycle of binge eating and perfectionism

I wore a “together” image on the outside… but inside, I was spiraling.

Every day felt like a war between my willpower and my emotions — and by 3 PM, food was always winning.

I knew something had to change. But I didn’t need another diet — I needed a new perspective.

The Turning Point: Self-Discovery

Everything shifted the moment I stopped trying to fix myself and started to get to know myself.

Through the work of self-discovery, I realized my cravings weren’t about food at all — they were signals pointing to deeper emotional wounds I had never fully faced.

Once I got curious, instead of critical, I began to heal. And for the first time in decades… I felt free.

Why I Do This Work

Women are taught to be strong, selfless, and silent. We give, care, and perform — often while ignoring our own needs.

But true strength isn’t about keeping it all together. It’s about being real.

It’s about being seen, supported, and safe to heal.

Someone helped me reconnect with myself… so I could help you do the same.

Because once you heal, you’ll stop craving anything that doesn’t serve you.
